We worked with Joe in 2023 on an 8-month Capitol Hill DC rowhouse renovation, including a basement dig out, new kitchen, and remodeled first floor (plus a protected trees and sensitive neighbors). Everyone warned us that renovations are a nightmare, running way over budget and months late, and full of headaches. Our experience with Joe was the complete opposite. We've worked with contractors before but never been as pleased with the results or process.
